All prices quoted in Top Desert website are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until final comfirmation is received and final invoice is issued. Prices that are quoted include what’s mentioned included in the product page. Anything else, is not included.

YOUR VOUCHER AND DEPARTURE POINT

Please expect our driver to meet you in your pick up point between the departure time and the departure time +30 minutes. The location of the departure point is provided by you and it should in the booking form. Any change in the pick up location must be shared with Top Desert Team by email or by internal messages. We can not be held responsible for clients changing their pick up locations without letting us know. We can not be held responsible if you entered the wrong date. We can not be held responsible if you provide wrong o incomplete pick up address.

AVAILABILITY

The travel products and services sold through Top Desert site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when final invoice is issued by Top Desert Team.

We request that you carefully check the dates on your voucher and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation more than 10 days in advance : full refund
• Cancellation less than 10 days prior to departure date and time or no-show : no refund
• Tickets for Events or Attractions are non-refundable
• Airport, Limousine or Coach – transfer services are non-refundable
• Top Desert have the right to cancel any tour if there is any emergency, high risk or bad weather conditions
