December 30, 2023: Marrakech - Taznakht - Foum Zguid - Iriqui Lake - Erg Chigaga dunes
Start your luxury desert trip from your riad in Marrakech. Drive through the amazing Tizi n’tichka Pass. Pay a visit to the best Kasbah in Morocco (Ait Benhaddou Kasbah). Visit the old gas station of the movie “The Hills Have Eyes”. Visit carpet cooperatives in Taznakht. Go off road and take funny pictures in the dry Iriqui Lake. Taste your welcome mint tea when you arrive at the camp. Go for a walk around the camp and walk barefoot on the sand. Ride your camel to the sunset. Enjoy the best local organic food cooked by our chef in the camp. Relax in front of your tent and watch the sky of millions of stars . Dance on the rhythm of the live folklore band animating the camp as New Year’s celebration. Sleep in your luxury tent with en-suite bathroom.

December 31, 2023: Erg Chigaga dunes
Wake up early in the morning to watch the sunrise from the top of the dunes of Erg Chigaga. Immerse yourself in the silence and tranquility of the desert morning. Enjoy your Berber local made organic breakfast. Go for a long camel trek or go to try sand boarding. If you are a mechanic sports lover, try ATV. Go back to your tent and relax to prepare for the New Year’s Eve big party. Celebrate the New Year’s in a Berber way. Enjoy Berber live band and taste a great food. Sing and dance all night. Connect with the silence of the desert after the end of the ceremony. Sleep in your luxury tent in your high quality big bed.

Wake up early this morning. Take one of the best breakfasts during your time in Morocco. You can choose to take it inside our big tent restaurant or outside under the shy sun of the morning. Drive back to Marrakech via M’hamid, Zagora and Agdz. You can also choose to drive by the your 1st day itinerary if you want to reduce driving time. Take unforgettable photos anywhere you want . Taste a delicious lunch on your way back. End your New Year’s Eve Erg Chigaga package in Marrakech by the end of the day.
