Cancellation Policy

At Top Desert we understand that sometimes travel plans may change. To provide our valued customers with a clear and fair cancellation policy, we have outlined the following guidelines for cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Periods
  • Desert tours: For desert tours bookings, the cancellation deadline is 30 days before the scheduled departure time.
  • Travel packages: For travel packages, the cancellation deadline is 45 days before the scheduled departure time.
  • Big groups packages: Big group packages may have unique cancellation policies that will be communicated to customers at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation Request

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our online booking portal. Please provide your booking reference number and the reason for cancellation.

3. Cancellation Charges
  • Cancellations made outside the specified cancellation period are subject to a minimal administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made within the cancellation period are subject to no refund. Depending on the type of booking and the time remaining until departure, we reserve the right to decide if your deposit can be used for future bookings or not.
4. Refund Process
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving your cancellation request, subject to the terms and conditions of the booking.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
5. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your booking without prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show," and you will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows for any part of a package or itinerary may affect the availability of subsequent services, such as return flights or accommodations.

6. Accommodations and Service Provider Policies

Please be aware that the cancellation policies of hotels, and other service providers may vary and can affect the overall cancellation charges.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellations, such as illness or emergencies. Travel insurance can provide coverage for cancellation-related expenses.

8. Changes to Bookings

If you need to make changes to your booking, such as adjusting travel dates or passenger names, please contact us as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply based on the changes requested.

9. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen events, Top Desert reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings as necessary. In such cases, we will work with our customers to find suitable solutions and provide refunds as applicable.
