  1. Booking Confirmation and Payment:

    - All bookings made through Top Desert are subject to availability and confirmation.
    - A deposit, as specified during the booking process, is required to secure the reservation.
    - Full payment must be received by the specified due date before the commencement of the tour or service.

  2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    - Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Top Desert.
    - Cancellation charges may apply based on the proximity of the cancellation to the travel date. (See the cancellation policy page)
    - Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking.

  3. Changes and Amendments:

    - Requests for changes or amendments to bookings are subject to availability.
    - Additional charges may apply for any changes made after the booking confirmation.

  4. Travel Documents and Insurance:

    - It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) required for the trip.
    - Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unforeseen events, cancellations, medical emergencies, and other travel-related risks.

  5. Responsibility and Liability:

    - Top Desert acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transportation, tours, etc.) and shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by these third-party providers.
    - Clients are advised to adhere to the terms and conditions of these service providers during the trip.

  6. Health and Safety:

    - Travelers should ensure they are medically fit for travel and follow any health recommendations or requirements for their destination.
    - Top Desert is not liable for any health-related issues or medical emergencies during the trip.

  7. Force Majeure:

    - Top Desert shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, political unrest, or other unforeseen events.

  8. Complaints and Claims:

    - Any complaints or claims should be reported immediately to Top Desert or its representative during the trip to allow for prompt resolution.

  9. Acceptance of Terms:

    - By confirming a booking with Top Desert, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
